Ancient Grain Granola



Step 1
Heat oven to 325 degrees.

Step 2
In a large bowl, place the oats, grains, dry spices and toss.

Step 3
Melt coconut oil in either a glass bowl and place in the microwave for a minute at ttime until melted; mix in the agave syrup.

Step 4
Pour the above liquid into the bowl with the oats and mix.

Step 6
Place the mixture on a greased cookie sheet or pan and spread out so the granola can bake evenly. After 10 minutes, turn with a metal spatula or other flat utensil.

Step 7
Bake approximately 20 minutes or until a nice light golden brown; the granola should still be a little moist as it will dry when it comes out of the over; cool and place in bowl.

Step 8
Add in the remaining ingredients: dried fruit and sea salt to taste.

Note: Add more or less dried fruit depending on how sweet you would like your granola.
