DESCRIPTION
Tahitian vanilla beans grown in Papua New Guinea are known for their floral, fruity, and sweet flavor profile. They combine well with dairy and fruit-based desserts, baked goods, beverages, dressings and sauces.
Tip: To utilize a vanilla bean’s full potential, after slicing and scraping the seeds, we recommend finely chopping the remaining pod and using it as well. The whole bean is edible and the pod actually contains the majority of the flavor compounds. Enjoy!
