Grown and sun-cured in Tahiti, these plump beans belong to the species Vanilla tahitensis. They are rare and highly sought after for their distinctive taste.

Additional information

To utilize a vanilla bean’s full potential, after slicing and scraping the seeds, we recommend finely chopping the remaining pod and using it as well. The whole bean is edible and the pod actually contains the majority of the flavor compounds. Enjoy!
