Naturally enhancing subtle flavors.

In crafting our Vanilla Sea Salt (Vanilla Fleur de Sel), we combine our Ground Vanilla Beans with a moist finishing salt. For this, we chose a hand-harvested flower of salt from Guérande, France.

Our Vanilla Sea Salt is best used as a finishing salt, applied before serving, to bring out subtle flavors in seafood, poultry, meat, potatoes and vegetables. It also adds depth to sweet delicacies such as baked goods, chocolate, caramel, popcorn, and more.
