Whipped White Chocolate Ganache

Looking for a light and creamy cupcake frosting that’s not a buttercream? Try this whipped ganache. Easy to make and super flavorful.
Ingredients
- 100g Heavy Cream
- 2g Salt
- 75g White Chocolate
- 1/2 tsp Ground Vanilla Beans
- 200g Heavy Cream, Cold
Instructions
- In a small pot over low-medium heat, add 100g heavy cream and salt. Bring to a simmer. Pour hot cream over the white chocolate and add ground vanilla beans.
- Using a rubber spatual, gentle mix to combine ensuring all of the chocolate is melted. Using a hand blender, emulsify the mixture on low speed until well combined. While the blender is on, slowly add the 200g of cold cream until combined.
- Place plastic wrap on top of the ganache and store in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- When ready to use, whip in a kitchen aid or with a hand mixer until medium peaks form. Use as desired for cakes and cupcakes.
