Vanilla Fleur de sel, We create this Tahitian Vanilla sea salt using a precise blend of our signature ground vanilla beans from Tahiti and Papua New Guinea. We then age this blend with a hand-harvested Fleur de Sel from Guérande, France. We chose this salt because of its moist and soft grain structure and its ability to absorb vanilla’s flavors. When used as a finishing salt, it enhances the subtle flavors of your dish while also adding hints of Tahitian vanilla’s floral bouquet.
